Can I share logins with other members of my organization?

Unfortunately, the logins cannot be shared with others.

During the day of the webinar, the registrant will be prompted to enter his/her name, unique WebEx registration ID, and the event password. Upon entering these information, WebEx will connect that individual to the webinar. If a colleague enters the very same information after the registrant has logged in, then WebEx will not recognize this and will prompt the colleague to register for the event. Conversely, if the colleague enters the registrant’s credentials and gains access to the webinar, with the registrant attempting to login afterwards, the registrant will be prompted to register.

Should others in an organization wish to view a webinar, there are two options:

  1. A location be secured -- such as a meeting room, office, etc. – where all parties can gather to view the webinar.
  2. If the interested individuals are in multiple locations, then each individual would need to register for the event.
