Detailing the challenges faced by corporate brands supporting large scale events as key sponsors, and the management of multiple aspects of security including travel management / intelligence management / close protection services and physical security / event management. Highlighting the value of collaborative stakeholder involvement and third party relationships, particularly in hostile and high risk environments. Demonstrating the effectiveness of the proprietary security team and drawing on the experience from managing multiple high profile sporting events including 2012 Olympics / Boston Marathon / World Cup Brazil and balancing the commercial demands to the risk to people and brand.

With over 24 years experience within the law enforcement / security arena, Corin served for 19 years within the UK Police Service as a Detective, specializing in all areas of major crime including Counter Terrorism, with secondments to the National Football Intelligence Unit and the Foreign Office training Iraqi Police Personnel in the Middle East. Corin held the position of Global Corporate Investigations Manager for Burberry Ltd moving to adidas Group in 2013 taking up the position of Senior Manager Global Investigations. Corin has responsibility for all aspects of investigation management within the adidas Group, and is a key partner with external travel risk management providers for corporate travellers, including crisis management response to civil / medical emergencies, and security provisions for corporate guests/VIP's. He will be spending 8 weeks in Brazil for World Cup 2014 overseeing the security operations for the adidas Group, a Tier One sponsor of FIFA.
