From Value Creation to Value Destruction: Dangers in Managing Your Security Supplier

At tender level, both supplier and client aim at producing the best possible security operations and conclude on a satisfactory targeted level of value creation. However, at time goes by, this value can be destructed, leading to dissatisfaction and quality gaps. Clients are often oblivious of their own responsibility in this process. How can you identify points of friction ? How can you best prevent them ? what levers can be triggered ? The talk will start with theoretical input on value creation, move on to practical examples of negative actions and end with proposals of improvements in security supplier management strategies.
