Dear Conference Participant,

The ASIS 12th European Security Conference & Exhibition is only a few days away! Please find below important conference information which will be helpful to you once you arrive in Gothenburg.

The venue for all educational sessions, exhibit, lunches, and coffee breaks will be the Svenska Mässan/The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre

On Sunday, 14 April, the registration desk will be open at the AREA G in front of room G3 (please see floor plan enclosed) on the 1st floor of the Congress Centre, from 10:00 to 19:30. On Monday and Tuesday, the registration desk will be open from 08:30 throughout the normal conference hours.

You are required to pick up your conference materials, as well as your badge at the registration desk before entering the conference or the President’s Reception. Participants will not be allowed to enter the conference or the exhibition areas without badge.

Please kindly note that Conference delegates will also receive a USB Stick with programme, speakers’ information and presentations.

Welcome, morning and afternoon coffee breaks are served every day in the exhibition area located in the 1st floor in the Area F (see floor plan)

Lunch is provided on Monday 15 April and on Tuesday 16 April from 12:15 to 13:30 in the AREA F.

Sunday, 14 April from 18:15 – 19:30 in the AREA F (exhibition area) of the Congress Centre. All participants are invited for an informal drink.

Monday, 15 April from 19:30 – 21:30 at the Gothenburg City Hall
A short walk away from the main conference venue, the Gothenburg City Hall houses the municipal offices of the City of Gothenburg. The City Council has conducted its meetings there since January 5, 1863.
The President’s Reception will be held on 15 April 2013 from 19:30 in this historical setting. During cocktails and dinner you will be able to network with your fellow colleagues and to visit the different rooms and admire the beautiful frescos on the ceiling.

We require that registration fee payment is processed in advance to the conference. In case payment is not received by Friday 12 April, we will ask you for onsite payment at the registration desk before allowing you in the conference & exhibition area.
