Industry News: Olymbec Upgrades Surveillance System

RENTAL SURVEILLANCE

Olymbec, the largest privately owned industrial real estate holder on the North American East Coast, selected Hanwha cameras when making improvements to its properties’ security and rentability. With more than 300 properties in the United States and Quebec, Canada, Olymbec deals with a range of security issues, including accidental damage, theft, vandalism, and refuse dumping. When the company wanted an improvement from its existing analog-based camera systems, it selected Hanwha Techwin for its range, modular solutions, and customer support. Olymbec deployed more than 700 operational multi-sensor and multi-directional cameras, connected to either a Wisenet WAVE VMS system or NVRs. Security personnel and property managers can access surveillance footage on their phones and tablets, giving them the flexibility to react to any incidents.
