Hanwha Techwin America announced the launch of its new high definition Wisenet X PTZ PLUS cameras. The new cameras feature artificial intelligence-based object tracking; precise pan, tilt, and zoom control; improved pre-set accuracy; adaptive infrared illumination; and enhanced cybersecurity. Designed for perimeter protection and large, open area applications, such as airports, parking lots, industrial estates, stadiums, and city centers, the new cameras can capture forensic-level image quality at a distance of up to 650 feet. Aiphone added the IX-EA IP video door station intercom to its robust IX Series portfolio. The IX-EA is a surface-mounted, weather-resistant IP video door station equipped with a 1.23-megapixel fixed color camera that can be programmed to call up to 20 different stations with three different call level selections. Also, video from the IX-EA can be streamed to third-party devices using ONVIF Profile S or RTSP. The R&S SAM100, a microwave amplifier, sets new standards in ease of operation and compact footprint within the 2-20 GHz range with up to 20W output power.
