The GSX 2019 Exhibit Hall: An Interactive Learning Lab
Formerly the ASIS International Annual Seminar and Exhibits, Global Security Exchange (GSX) elevated the event experience with modernized education, revitalized networking, and a reimagined exhibit floor that allows attendees to exchange key ideas and best practices, expand global connections, and experience new innovations.
The modernized exhibit hall has been transformed into a learning lab environment featuring dozens of education sessions, product demonstrations, and career development opportunities. These features will allow attendees to experience a wide variety of integrated solutions in person while getting up-close and hands-on with the latest technology applications.
New this year, the Disruption District is accessible to all attendees and can be found in the exhibit hall. It includes programs such as the X Learning sessions, the D3 (Drones, Droids, Defense) Learning Theater, the Pitch Competition, the Startup Sector, and the Innovative Product Awards.
The Pitch Competition features startups pitching their innovative products to a panel of judges for big prizes. The Startup Sector is an exciting new area on the show floor where entrepreneurs demonstrate the latest tech on the market.
Also new for 2019 is the ASIS Foundation laser Sharpshooter Competition. Test your shooting skills and compete for bragging rights and prizes or come by booth 2541 for fun during open play times.
The X Learning stages are where you can take advantage of experiential sessions designed to actively shape the future of the security professional. These sessions are free to all attendees and can be found in the GSX mobile app.
The Certification Lounge (#2641) is open to all ASIS board certification holders, and the CSO Lounge (#5401) is available to members of the CSO Center and eligible nonmembers.
The International Lounge (#2481) will serve as the focal point for all international attendees who want to stop by to connect with trade experts, learn more about the U.S. Department of Commerce B2B matchmaking services, and build relationships with colleagues from all corners of the globe.
Make sure to stop by Career HQ (#2115) to get your resume reviewed, take a professional headshot, and learn how to boost your career prospects from mentors in the industry.
A complete list of activities and sessions taking place in the exhibit hall is available in the Show Guide and in the GSX mobile app.
