Surveillance Management

The Delta Community Credit Union in Georgia, USA, deployed PACOM’s GMS security platform across 29 branches. The $6 billion Delta Community is the state’s largest credit union, with more than 1,100 employees and vendors, more than 400,000 members, and 26 metro branches in Atlanta. A multisite security management platform, GMS provides integration between access control, intrusion, video, and intercom, and it is designed to simultaneously manage thousands of locations through a single interface. Delta Community receives 12 to 36 alarms each week. While some may be false motion detection alarms, the PACOM system sends an immediate alert that allows the corporate security department to understand and resolve the problem.
