INTEGRATED VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
The Misano World Circuit, Italy’s world-famous motorcycle racing track, installed Bosch IP cameras at strategic locations around the race track. Track officials selected the system to support personnel and monitoring activity during races. Bosch set up 20 DINION IP starlight 6000i IR cameras, which stream live to the control room, allowing operators to monitor action around the track on more than 30 wall-mounted HD-screens. Bosch also installed the AUTODOME IP starlight 7000 HD camera, which provides video analytics that allow cameras to automatically follow racers, even at speeds of 300 kilometers per hour. If a crash occurs, the cameras automatically trigger alarms; the system can also notify staff if a rider violates race rules.
