Calling All Senior Security Executives—Apply for the ASIS Foundation Executive Scholarship!

The ASIS Foundation is accepting applications for two full-tuition scholarships to the 2026 Effective Management for Security Professionals executive education program at IE Business School’s Madrid campus.

This five-day program, held 22-26 June 2026 in Madrid, Spain, offers an exceptional development opportunity for mid- to senior-level security managers. The curriculum focuses on leadership and business strategy, equipping participants to align functions with organizational goals through interdisciplinary learning, expert-led instruction, and hands-on exercises. Participants will complete five modules, each dedicated to a core area of management.

  • Module 1: Creating a Strategic Mindset
  • Module 2: Applying for Financial Information
  • Module 3: Negotiation
  • Module 4: Creating Leadership Strategies in Crisis Management
  • Module 5: Leading in Uncertainty

Applicants must be ASIS members in good standing and senior security executives (SSEs) such as CSOs and other SSEs. Applications will be reviewed by a volunteer committee from the ASIS Foundation Board. Selected applicants must also apply for admission to the executive program and be accepted by the IE Business School in order to attend. Applications close on 10 February at 11:59 p.m. EST.
