Users can instantly upgrade legacy analog video surveillance infrastructure to accommodateadvanced networked cameras and devices without the need for new cabling. The eBridge1CRT transmits video from up to four IP cameras over a single coax cable with a transmission range of more than 2,000 feet without repeaters. The device is UL-, CUL-, and CE-listed.

Wireless Locks

Aperio-enabled locks from ASSA ABLOY of Stockholm, Sweden, enable customers to quickly upgrade the security level of their premises. The locks communicate wirelessly to an Aperio hub to connect to an access control system, eliminating wiring at the door. With real-time authentication and alarms, Aperio uses AES 128-bit wireless encryption and supports HID 125 kHz proximity or 13.56 MHz iCLASS credentials with full authentication. The technology is now available in the SARGENT IN100 and PR100 commercial and institutional locks, Adams Rite A100 narrow-stile locks, Medeco M100 eCylinders, and HES K100 cabinet locks.

The app simplifies the process of finding the right access control solution for any opening in a facility and provides detailed information about the ASSA ABLOY’s electronic access control products. The Security Continuum allows a user to find the precise level of security needed, from mechanical key credentials to keypad locks and highly intelligent opening solutions. The application is available at the App Store.

Versatile Locks

New from SARGENT Manufacturing of New Haven, Connecticut, is the SARGENT SE LP10 line of FIPS 201 andmultiCLASS Integrated Wiegand locks, which offer flexibility and advanced security. Featuring HID multiCLASS SE technology, the locks support multiple credentials and are SIO-enabled (SE). This integrated Wiegand solution provides a streamlined appearance and simplifies installation and maintenance to reduce costs. Locks are ideal for secure physical access projects that must comply with personal identity verification (PIV) standards under Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201. The simple-to-deploy, cost-effective turnkey solution complies with the latest U.S. Government Smart Card Interoperability Specifications.

Low-Light Cameras

The indoor AXIS Q1602 and outdoor-ready AXIS Q1602-E network cameras are extremely sensitive to low-light conditions, producing color images with as little light as 0.5 lux. Made by Axis Communications of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, the cameras use the company’s Lightfinder technology. Based on years of product development, the technology works by combining different sensors and lenses so cameras sense the scene’s light intensity and boost the image quality in dark conditions.
