We are delighted to recognize an exceptional group of ASIS International members celebrating 25 and 50 years of continuous service. These silver and gold anniversaries underscore the rarity and significance of their contributions to our field.
As we reflect on their journeys:
- 1974 (50-year members): A year marked by the debut of "Happy Days," Nixon's resignation, the Ali-Foreman bout, and the discovery of China's terracotta warriors.
- 1999 (25-year members): Witnessed the euro's introduction, conflict in Yugoslavia, the Columbine tragedy, and Space Shuttle Discovery's historic ISS docking.
Since then, these members have been at the forefront of our evolving profession, helping to protect global resources, cultural heritage, and technological advancements. Their dedication has been crucial in developing industry-leading resources, guidelines, and certifications.
We invite GSX attendees to view our Wall of Honor at the ASIS Hub (Booth #1775) and encourage personal outreach to these long-standing members.
To our esteemed 25 and 50-year members: Your commitment has been instrumental in shaping our community and advancing security management. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your enduring dedication, mentorship, and impact. Congratulations on this remarkable milestone!
