The APC III instruction format is modeled after programs taught at leading graduate business schools. Lectures and discussions are centered on in-depth discussions of the challenges and rewards of effective leadership, as well as delivers guideli​nes on how to take your place in the upper echelon.

Bio: Michael is an attorney and an Illinois licensed Private Detective. He specializes in conducting workplace investigations and also conducts training in workplace violence prevention and active shooter response. Previously, Michael was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of IPC International Corporation, which was a full service international security consulting, investigative, and protective services company licensed in all 50 states. He has lectured extensively on workplace violence, legal liability in the security industry, and taught at Webster University in the graduate program for Security Management. Michael is a 2009 graduate of the Executive Leadership Program of the Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
