It is with great sadness that ASIS share the passing of a devoted member and passionate ASIS volunteer, Dr. Christopher Walker.
Chris was a full-time instructor of strategic management at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University (TCU). He was a business strategy professor, former management consultant, law enforcement officer, and served as the head of global security for a Fortune 50 company.
Chris had spoken at a number of global conferences and helped develop the ASIS/IE Business School program "Effective Management for Security Professionals" and authored the ASIS Protection of Assets (POA) book Business Principles for Security Management.
Chris was an active ASIS member over three decades and we will miss him dearly.
