Sponsored by Resolver

The Maturity Model for Corporate Security is a clear, applicable, and measurable, five stage model to help security teams of any size scale their programs. By leveraging the Maturity Model, teams will have a clear path to optimize operations - transforming the role of the security team and paving the way for them to become effective business partners across the organization.

This session focuses on the Optimize stage of the Maturity Model for Corporate Security. The Optimize Stage is the most common and often targeted stage of maturity for a corporate security department. In this stage, there are defined processes in place, and teams are taking preventative measures to limit the recurrence of incidents and are starting to actively look ahead for them.

During this session, you will:

  • See a high-level overview of the 5 stages of the Maturity Model
  • Learn best practices for moving away from working on an incident by incident basis to a more holistic view of the classes of incidents impacting your organization
  • Hear how industry-leading security teams leverage data to help them allocate resources efficiently
  • Gain an understanding of the resources required to mature your security program
