All crises are human crises. Effective crisis response hinges on attending to the needs and concerns of involved and impacted stakeholders. People feel entitled to a straightforward and highly effective management response. If inadequately addressed, human-related complications and barriers arise, e.g., misunderstandings, non-compliance, hostilities, outrage, security concerns, and blame. Learn take-and-use methods for addressing concerns of all stakeholders, defusing human-related complexities and accelerating post-crisis recovery.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Identify components of a comprehensive Human Impact Program for employees.
- Identify and address the needs of all impacted external stakeholders.
- Execute management guidelines for effectively accelerating employees return to work.
CPE credits for ASIS-sponsored webinars will be updated in your user profile within 48 hours of completion. Self-reporting of CPE credits is not required.
