Angela Scalpello

Angela Scalpello is an accomplished global executive coach to c-suite executives, helping them unlock their leadership power to deliver on their strategic and personal objectives. She has helped CEOs transform their companies; provided insight to c-suite execs in finance, marketing, HR, technology, and security to align their individual goals with the company’s strategy; and worked with teams to transform them into high-performing teams.

Angela’s skill in working with leaders to drive significant business transformation, is delivered from her experiences across multi-million-dollar service companies. She is seen as a trusted advisor and sounding board.

Most recently Angela was Senior Vice President of Organizational and Learning Development for UBM, one of the largest global B2B event organizers in the world. She has held other senior human resources positions for companies such as PR Newswire, UBM Tech, Ogilvy Public Relations, and Ogilvy Advertising.  Angela is passionate about helping individuals and teams develop the capabilities they and their organizations need to enhance their success. She has developed and facilitated leadership training sessions around the world and is a sought-after speaker on topics such as employee motivation, career development, and women in leadership.

Scott Klososky

Throughout his career, has been on the forefront of technology and industry. He is renowned globally for his ability to recognize and capitalize on future trends regarding the ways technology is shaping business and our world. He is currently invested in guiding leaders through the digital transformation.

Scott is the founder and principle of technology consulting firm Future Point of View. Scott regularly advises C-suite executives inside some of the nation's most recognizable organizations. Through Future Point of View, he works with organizations of different sizes and industries to assess and improve their digital maturity.

Scott has developed the innovative concept of HUMALOGY®, the blending of technology and humanity. Humalogy provides a framework on how leaders can best balance technology and human effort to make processes more efficient and effective.

For much of his career, Scott has been devoted to helping organizations protect their digital assets and pilot what is becoming an increasingly critical area for the health and survival of all: cybersecurity. He is an owner in TriCorps Security which provides a host of cybersecurity services including internal and external assessments, vulnerability testing, forensics, remediation, and team member training. He has spoken in front of the FBI's Cyber Warfare Conference and the Federal Government for Financial Accountants. He is driven to ensure that all organizations can effectively protect themselves from cyberattack. ​

Christopher A. Walker, D.B.A.

Chris Walker is a management development consultant and a longtime member of ASIS International. A former law enforcement officer responsible for high-level financial investigations, Dr. Walker served as the head of global security for a multi-billion-dollar division of a Fortune 50 company and has consulted with several leading business firms across a variety of industries. 

Dr. Walker possesses a doctorate degree in business administration and was the former Executive Professor of Strategy for the D’Amore-McKim School of Business Administration at Northeastern University, where he created a strategic security course for the MBA online, as well as an online master’s degree program in homeland security. Dr. Walker has taught at the FBI Academy and worked with the FBI Training Department to create a customized leadership development program for mid-level FBI managers. He also created the IE Business School (Madrid, Spain) executive education program “Effective Management for Security Professionals.”
