Policies, procedures, training files, post orders, manuals—we all know the results we want to see, but sometimes we have trouble putting it in a clear written format that is legally defendable. This program provides simple steps to creating well-formatted, properly-written resources that will help you and your team reach the objectives you want. Walk away with a thorough understanding of which document fits which need; how to properly format and write them; and methods to keep these resources current and useful for your team. (Participants: Bring your ideas for policies and procedures you want to write.)
