ASIS International Issues Call for Presentations for 2011 Conferences

ASIS International, the largest organization for security management professionals worldwide, is seeking proposals for consideration as presentations at four educational events in 2011.  ASIS organizes global conferences each year, including the security industry’s most comprehensive education and networking event, the Annual Seminar and Exhibits (to be held Oct. 12-15, 2010 in Dallas).

The purpose of these conferences is to provide high-quality education and networking opportunities for security professionals. The multiple-day format offers a learning environment with education sessions, interactive forums and exhibits. Education sessions focus on current and emerging issues, best practices and challenges facing practitioners who are responsible for securing people, property and information.

Presentations are designed for all levels of experience. Topics cover terrorism, physical security, crisis management, investigations, product counterfeiting, supply chain security and more.  Detailed submission guidelines are available on the ASIS website,

ASIS International 2nd Annual Middle East Security Conference, Feb. 20-22, 2011

Submission deadline: June 11, 2010

ASIS International 10th Annual European Security Conference, April 3-6, 2011
Vienna, Austria
Submission deadline: Oct. 15, 2010

ASIS International 57th Annual Seminar and Exhibits, Sept. 19-22, 2011
Orlando, Fla.
Submission deadline: March 1, 2011

ASIS International 5th Asia Pacific Conference, Dec. 5-7, 2011
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Submission deadline: April 22, 2011

Conference attendees are primarily mid- to senior-level management professionals from industry and government and include security management, executive management, other management (safety, human resources and facility management), active military/government personnel, architects and engineers, and consultants and law enforcement professionals. All proposals must be non-sales or marketing orientated.
