This session will focus on best practices employed by leading organizations that have successfully implemented travel risk management, crisis response and evacuation capabilities. Topics to be addressed include: (i) successful preplanning – how to build a successful plan that is both functional and usable, (ii) situational awareness – how to manage organizationally relevant information in an era of information overload, (iii) evacuations in action – how to do it right. The presentation will include numerous case studies drawn from over a decade of experience and the thousand of operations run by Global Rescue for its clients.

Daniel Richards is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Rescue. In 2004, Mr. Richards established Global Rescue to fill a void in the medical and security evacuation services industry. Mr. Richards has previously presented on the security industry at other international conferences as well as other international ASIS events over the years.
