President's Reception is not included in the Single Day pass nor in the Exhibition Visitor Pass, and subject to an additional fee (see registration rates).

Payment Options

Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

The event registrations are taken care of by MCI Singapore. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via Ingenico Payment Services (payment gateway).

3D Secure Payment

3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa, Mastercard Securecode) is an authenticated payment system that offers added security for your online purchases. During payment, your bank checks the card holder's identity before validating the transaction.

After validating credit card details you are transferred to your bank's website.

A 3D Secure window appears and you are asked to follow an authentication procedure which differs for each bank. You may be asked to: enter your date of birth, enter a code you have received by SMS, answer a secret question, etc.

After confirmation from your bank, your donation is validated and your transaction completed. You will receive a donation confirmation and invoice (receipt) by email.

Please direct any questions about 3D Secure (obtaining a code, lost code, changing your code, etc.) or the authentication process to your bank.

All balances debited or credited to your credit card are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Exchanges rates are determined by your credit card provider. Your payment on your credit card statement will reflect as "MCI GROUP ASIA PACIFIC".

Cancellation Policy

100 SGD cancellation fee will be charged (per registrant) for administrative costs - the remaining amount will be refunded. Written requests must be received by noon (SGT) 24 October 2014. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference.
