The venue for all educational sessions, exhibit, lunches, and coffee breaks is the Events Centre of the InterContinental Festival City Hotel (Dubai). To reach the Events Centre of the InterContinental Festival City Hotel from the Dubai International Airport (T1 and T3), the easiest and quickest way is to take a taxi. The hotel is within short ride (10-15 min) from the airport depending on the traffic.
REGISTRATION DESK OPENING HOURS
On Sunday the registration desk will be open from 13.00 to 19.00 in the Foyer Area past the main entrance of the Events Centre of the InterContinental Festival City Hotel.
On Monday and Tuesday, the registration will be open from 08.15 throughout the normal conference hours.
No access will be allowed to the event area and conference rooms without badge.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be sent to the full conference delegates via email after the conference. A delegate is entitled to the certificate if he/she attended 70% of the educational sessions of the conference. Please make sure to scan your badge at the entrance of the meeting rooms. No certificate is remitted to exhibits only visitors.
In addition to the badge scanning at the entrance of the conference and lunch rooms, you might be asked to scan your badge at exhibit booths. Please note that if you accept that your badge is scanned, we will share your contact details with these exhibitors after the conference.
A bag with the conference materials will be available for the conference attendees at the registration desk.
A media corner will be set in the exhibition area with the additional industry literature provided by the event media partners, which you are free to pick up.
LUNCHES AND NETWORKING BREAKS
Welcome, morning and afternoon networking breaks are served in the exhibition area. Lunch is provided for full conference attendees on Monday 22 February and Tuesday 23 February in Al Baraha (ground floor). Lunch tickets are available for purchase at the registration desk.
Sunday 21 February; 18:30 – 19:30
