A 150 USD cancellation fee will be charged (per registrant) for administrative costs - the remaining amount will be refunded. Written requests must be received by noon (CET) 12 January 2016. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference.
Notices of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing no later than 12 January 2016 to email@example.com Under certain circumstances, delegates who are unable to attend can name a substitute to take their place.
