This segment discusses utilising a stakeholder Gibraltar_ME16.jpgapproach to assist organizations in creating and sustaining a security conscious culture. It studies the use of educating and training all levels of employees and others such as, customers, public safety, insurance providers and vendors to be stakeholders and partners, connecting with the organizations management and security department.  It discusses methods to help all stakeholders develop a sense of duty and become a valuable addition to the organisations security team.  With a stakeholder approach there are more team members which allows the security, safety and success of the organization to improve.

James joined Gibraltar in 2015 as the Regional Sales Director for the Africa, Asia and Europe Region over anti-vehicle barriers and related products.  His education includes a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major) in Criminology and Sociology from Saint Leo University. He draws from his years of experience as president of Accion Security, a full service security company, and as a security advisor, conducting security vulnerability assessments in the Middle East. Before joining the security private sector he retired as a Major from the Atlanta, Georgia Police Department’s executive staff.
