Mr. Dordal joined GardaWorld in 2008 after serving as a consultant to the business for two years. Prior to GardaWorld, Mr. Dordal worked with Tryon Advisors, a boutique firm he started in 2004 that provided specialized business and security consulting to corporate clients, the US government, and security business owners. Mr. Dordal’s professional career began in 1981 when he enlisted in the US Marine Corps, serving eight years in special operations. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the McColl Graduate School of Business and a degree in Security Administration. Mr. Dordal sits on the Board of Directors of Nevins, Inc., a Charlotte-based non-profit organization, the Board of Directors of Executive Security International, Ltd., one of the oldest security training academies in the US and from 2011-2014 on the Board of Directors of the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) where he now serves as Board Member.
