The Human Firewall

Although security threats are growing the human element in the cyber security is usually overlooked resulting in tremendous loss to the organization. The human element known as the “Human Firewall “, is an important and critical line of defense for the organization. It depends highly on the employee’s awareness and knowledge; it’s in many cases more important than spending millions of dollars on the most recent software and hardware to defend the organization. It’s clear that we need to invest in creating an ongoing behavior program that will go with the employee throughout his/her time with the organization.
