Due to the technology fast growth and evolution, nowadays IT requires more changes and development to be done in order to compete with the latest technology. As a result; change management has become highly demanded. Yet, this demand can drive the company to rise or simply breakdown. The original idea behind change management is to monitor, analyse and investigate the changes in IT to guarantee the minimal impact wither it is from technical or security side. However, in some cases, this has become a drawback for the organization. This presentation discusses the best practices for change management and how it can be used to empower security. It highlights the main roles change management should play within the organization to achieve the best results.
