Philip Hoyer, Director Strategic Solutions - Strategic Innovation team, HID Global, UK

Philip Hoyer is Director of Strategic Innovation at HID Global. His main responsibilities are driving Strategic Innovation projects specifically in Mobility Security Solutions, managing and creating new strategic alliances and business unit strategy. Philip represents HID Global on standards bodies such as GlobalPlatform (Strategic Director and Chair of Identity Task Force), Smart Card Alliance, IETF and OATH. He is a recognised subject matter expert on NFC, TSMs, Mobile Security, Identity, Cloud Security and Payment Standards, especially in financial services and e-government, who regularly speaks at major conferences. He has over 20 years experience architecting, building and delivering IT solutions, much of which was gained working as a solutions architect for a large consultancy. He holds a first class honours degree in Software Engineering from Westminster University.

Sieger Volkers, Managing Director Security Management, Nedap, Netherlands

Sieger Volkers is Managing Director of Nedap Security Management. Sieger worked as CEO Europe at Muelink & Grol Group. Prior to this role Sieger has more than 13 years of management experience in the ICT/Telecommunication at companies like KPN and Atos Origin. In his previous roles Sieger proved to be an innovative, international business strategist. Sieger has a track record in trend assessment and has a strong aptitude for anticipating changes in international markets. Under the guidance of Sieger, Nedap Security Management constantly adapts to changing technologies, with the aim to continuously meet and exceed customer’s demands.

Atul Rajput, Regional Director, Northern Europe, Axis Communications, UK

Atul Rajput is the Regional Director for AXIS Communications, responsible for the Northern European market. Atul is one of the most experienced network video professionals in the security market, having operated in the network video industry for Axis for close to 20 years. Acknowledged among peers for a well-defined understanding of the network video market, Atul has also been involved in some of the UK’s most high profile network video deployments.

Atul has authored a number of articles over the years, including the Internet of Security Things and the challenges with cyber security in this space, as well as being a regular speaker at numerous industry events within his role at AXIS.

Atul was also instrumental in designing and launching the AXIS Academy in the UK, which is recognised as the most comprehensive training initiative in the network video market today. Today the program has trained over 50,000 security professionals across the globe.
