Hotel security is mainly based on standalone access control, CCTV and key systems, that are mainly focussed on robbery, vandalism, luggage lost/theft and room security. We will present opportunities of enhancing security and services by combining multiple security systems. General possibilities will be presented for room security, lost luggage, car damages, faulty deliveries and the check-in / check-out process among other things. With these solutions hotels add value to their services and at the same time reduce their security costs. This results in an improvement of the general security, a better reputation for the hotel and exited customers.
