From Big Data to Rich Data: How Data Analytics Add Value to Security Risk Management

Security Management of today must be risk based. Therefore assessing and monitoring risks is crucial. But how should Corporate Security, with limited resources, ensure holistic and unbiased Risk Management, given the current information overload? Data Analytics is the key to cope with the complexity of a fast ever-changing world and unstable emerging countries. Master’s degree in Business Information Systems and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Head of Corporate Security of the Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, a German multinational with over 50000 employees worldwide. Prior security positions include Regional Security Directorship for Asia as well as Western Europe. Before joining Henkel, Rainer worked several years as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte's Forensic & Dispute Services. Master's degree in Business Administration from Goettingen University.
