Registration Desk Opening Hours

On Tuesday 1 April the registration desk will be open from 12:00 to 20:30 at the World Forum entrance hall. On Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 April the registration desk will be open from 8:00 (Wed) and 8:30(Thurs) throughout the normal conference hours. You are required to pick up your badge at the registration desk before entering the conference.

Event Mobile Application

For the first time this year, ASIS Europe will have a smartphone application featuring the event agenda, conference content, practical information and integrated social networking tools, enabling registered participants to contact each other. The app is available for IOS and Android.

For all other phone types (including Blackberry and web-browser enabled phones), please go to  http://m.core-apps.com/asiseu14 . From there you will be directed to download the proper version of the app for your particular device.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless internet will be provided complimentarily in all public areas of the conference center.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Welcome, morning and afternoon coffee breaks are served every day in the exhibition area (World Forum Theatre Foyer and Oceania Foyer). Lunch is provided to the conference delegates on Wednesday 2 April and Thursday 3 April in the Atlantic room, level -1 of the World Forum.

Tuesday 1 April 2014 – 20:00 – 22:00 in the Amazon room of the World Forum The Hague. Open to all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. Preregistration is required.

Fire & Security

Wednesday 2 April – 19:30 – 22:00 at the Peace Palace (Carnegieplein 2 - 2517 KJ Den Haag).  Meeting Point is directly at the Peace Palace. (Public transportation: take Tram Line 1 or Bus line 24 – Stop at Vredespaleis). Access to the President’s Reception is included in the conference delegate pass. If non conference delegates want to purchase a ticket, please contact us at Europe@asisonline.org as soon as possible (availability is limited).

Conference Badges AND passport or photo ID card are required to enter the venue!

Optional Professional Tours

Should you have registered for one of the Optional Professional Tours, you will receive an additional email with practical details. There is still availability for the HSD Campus and the OPCW Headquarters tours on Tuesday 1 April – click here for more details and contact us at Europe@asisonline.org

Public Transportation Tickets

A limited number of free public transport tickets is available at the registration desk.

Registration Fee

We require that registration fee payment is processed in advance to the conference. In case payment is not received by Monday 31 March, we will ask you for credit card payment onsite at the registration desk before allowing you in the conference and exhibition area.

Participants List and Presentations

All conference delegates will receive a USB stick with the presentations, an overview of the exhibitors and sponsors, as well as the list of participants. The presentations will also be available online after the event. A special link will be provided to the conference delegates.
