No matter how many classes you have taken or documents you have reviewed, when it comes to putting pen to paper (fingers to keyboard), application turns out to be a little more difficult than expected. Many of us freeze when faced with turning our brilliant ideas into policies and procedures that will simultaneously be resilient in court, satisfy upper management, and resonate with the frontline employee. In the second webinar in this series, Zajic and Clifton will not only demonstrate, but also apply their five-step process to create a new document. It is not as easy as it looks.  Well, actually, it is easier. This workshop will use the collaborative method to write a policy, a procedure, and a manual outline with those in attendance. If you have some policies or procedures in your head that need to be written, this workshop is your chance to do just that. Join us for a packed hour of producing the written documents that are so important to our operations.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Write a policy, manual outline and/or procedure using a proven five-step process.
