Successful physical security projects require people, processes, and technology in the right amounts and at a quintessential level of integration. Questions with respect to what technology is available to us, what training is needed to operate it, how do we measure the selected technology’s performance, and how do we manage its operational life cycle are all critical in the initial planning stages. This program will discuss the components of a physical security project, available technologies, and their successful integration with people and processes in order to maximize the project’s success and its longer-term return-on-investment.
