Bio: Mr. Blythe has been personally involved in crises such as the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, mass murders at the U.S. Postal Service, the Oklahoma City bombing, 9/11, commercial air crashes, rescue of kidnap and ransom hostages, Hurricanes Andrew and Katrina, earthquakes, fires, floods, and reputational crises. He serves as a consultant and certified coach to numerous Fortune executives and managers in Strategic Crisis Leadership preparedness and response.
Bio: Bruce Blythe is Chairman of Crisis Management International, Inc., a worldwide organization of crisis management specialists, business continuity planners, and former FBI / Secret Service agents. Widely regarded as a thought leader in the industry, he has worked with hundreds of Fortune companies and other organizations in crisis prevention, preparedness and response. He is a former Marine, certified clinical psychologist, and has served as a consultant to the FBI on terrorism and workplace violence. Blythe and CMI offered onsite crisis consultations to 204 companies in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Bio: Hart is an internationally recognized crisis management, security, risk and safety thought leader. Over the past 15 years, he has worked for several of the US Government’s top agencies and leading private companies. He has served as a media contributor, conference presenter and author on crisis management issues with experience in 50 countries. As the International Security & Crisis Manager for Rent-A-Center, his responsibilities have included providing security direction for the company’s global expansion. While developing market risk assessments and protective intelligence, Hart managed the executive protection program, foreign travel risks, supply chain risks and created specialized response plans for incidents of workplace violence, kidnapping and extortion. As the crisis team leader, he designed the corporate critical incident management program in order to prepare for all categories of incidents that could disrupt operations and strategic initiatives. Hart worked with the US Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service, Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program where he assisted partner countries in enhancing national level services related to critical incident management, vital infrastructure security, diplomatic protection, interdicting terrorist activity and responses to weapons of mass destruction or other mass casualty events. This includes supporting major global events such as the World Cup in South Africa and the APEC conference in Peru. In previous roles, Hart was instrumental in developing various crisis and security management plans for large corporations, universities and non-governmental organizations as a senior consultant for International SOS. In 2002, he provided leadership in security management, threat assessments and executive protection with WorldCom during one of the largest bankruptcies in US history. In 1998 using statistical methods he developed to evaluate the potential for targeted violence, Hart created the foundation for the US National Threat and Risk Assessment Program under the US Department of Justice. Recently, Hart was part of the technical committee who authored the 2014 ANSI standard on Auditing Management Systems: Risk, Resilience, Security and Continuity. Hart is a member of the ASIS International Crisis Management & Business Continuity Council, is a steering committee member of the US State Department’s Overseas Security Advisory Council in Monterrey, Mexico and is on the Nominating & Governance committee for the Chief Security Office (CSO) Roundtable. Other government and industry associations include FBI Infragard, the North Texas DHS Fusion Center, the Loss Prevention Foundation and the Dallas Security Directors Association. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiological Health Engineering and a Masters of Science in Safety Engineering.

Bio: Dr. Gerald Curry currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Defense Security Service, Industrial Security Field Office Directorate at Quantico, Virginia. Dr. Curry is a retired Air Force Colonel with twenty seven years of honorable service. His last duty assignment was as Director of Security Forces for Headquarters Air Force Space Command. In this capacity he led an organization responsible for the entire spectrum of security policy and guidance for Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) forces worldwide, to include supporting five space wings operating at nine main bases, 10 stations and 621 sites worldwide. Dr. Curry has a doctorate degree in Management, with a focus in Global Leadership from Colorado Technical University. His dissertation focused on nuclear security policy design as it impact infant mortality. He has a master’s degree from Troy State University and undergraduate degree from Tennessee State University. He is an active member of ASIS International and sits on the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Council. Dr. Curry is an Adjunct Professor for Colorado Technical University’s Undergraduate School’s Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Department. He graduated from the FBI National Academy, in April 2001. He is the author of Striving for Perfection, Developing Professional Black Officers, (available at Aamazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, etc.). He writes a monthly leadership article for The Urban Voice Magazine, www.theurbanvoice.com, Las Vegas, NV, and served as Technical Advisor & Outreach Director for the movie documentary For Love of Liberty, The Story of Black American Patriots, Eleventh Day Entertainment (2010), aired nationwide on Public Broadcast System (PBS). Bio: Ernest DelBuono, who chairs Levick’s Crisis Practice, provides our clients with the benefits of more than 25 years’ experience as a crisis management professional, including crisis planning, response, media relations, and coaching Mr. DelBuono has worked in transportation, petrochemical, consumer products, finance, healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, defense, homeland security, and many other industries. These high-profile crisis engagements involved airline disasters, SUV rollovers, product recalls, natural disasters, eco-terrorism, cruise ship safety, executive misconduct, environmental incidents, and earnings restatements. After the 9/11 attacks, Mr. DelBuono was a first responder at Dulles Airport where he assisted American Airlines in setting up and managing the family assistance center, providing care to the loved ones of Flight 77 passengers killed at the Pentagon. Mr. DelBuono also has significant international experience setting up global crisis management programs for multinational corporations in the biotech, paper products, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. While living and working in Rome, he developed a communications strategy for an Italian systems engineering company. A retired Coast Guard commander, Mr. DelBuono served as press assistant to the Commandant of the Coast Guard and public affairs officer to the Federal On-Scene Coordinator during the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup. He was a first responder to chemical spills, vessel groundings, marine collisions, fires, and groundwater contamination incidents. He assisted in establishing the Coast Guard’s National Pollution Funds Center where he designed and implemented communications programs related to the controversial Oil Pollution Act of 1990. Mr. DelBuono also served as Deputy Director of the Federal Joint Information Center for Hurricane Andrew and was a member of the U.S. delegation to the United Nation’s International Maritime Organization in London. Currently, he is a member of ASIS International, serving on the Crisis Management & Business Continuity council. Mr. DelBuono graduated with a BA in Political Science from Villanova University and earned an MS in Public Relations from Boston University.

Allan is a 40-year veteran in the security industry and is an ASIS International, Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and is Board Certified in Homeland Security, Level IV (CHS-IV) by the America College of Forensic Examiners International. Earlier he was an aerospace engineer specializing in rocket science and technology where he developed numerous innovations in America's defense and space programs. Bio: Keith J. Wagner, ASIS Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP), is Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ Senior Manager for Government Security Operations in Palmdale, CA. Supervising six (6) Security Managers and 75+ Security experts, he is responsible for the overall direction and execution of Program Security support for all classified Collateral, Special Access Programs, and Sensitive Compartmented Information efforts. His Security oversight includes Advanced Development Programs (The “Skunk Works”), Special Mission Programs (U-2 and C-130), Fighter Aircraft Programs, (F-16, F-22, and F-35 Joint Strike Fighter at Edwards AFB CA), Program Access, Security Compliance and Policy, Security Education & Training, Communications Security, Personnel Security, Physical Security, Computer Forensics, and Information Technology Security. Keith is a member of Lockheed Martin’s Leadership Association Board of Directors, its Crisis Management Operations Team’s Incident Command Staff, and is a former member of its Diversity Council. He is also a Certified Member of the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Community Emergency Response Team and an elected member of the ASIS International Crisis Management & Business Continuity Council (CMBC); he is an annual lecturer at the Annual ASIS CMBC Workshop held throughout the United States. Previously as the Senior Security Manager at BAE Systems Headquarters in Nashua, NH, his responsibilities included oversight of their Security budget, capital investments, risk management, risk analysis, crisis management, training & education, and policies & procedures. Keith retired at the rank of colonel after completing nearly 28 years of active service in the United States Air Force in progressively responsible positions as a B-52 Flight Instructor, B-52 Flight Evaluator, Squadron Commander, Joint Staff Officer (JSO), Senior NATO Officer, and Senior Rating Air Force Officer. He has over 12 years of Joint Service expertise serving with personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Defense Modeling and Simulation Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, National Military Command Center, and several other unacknowledged agencies and programs. His key military staff assignments included service on the selectively manned Joint Staff where he was part of the Pentagon’s initial Crisis Action Team immediately after 9-11 and on the International Military Staff at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium. As the Chief of NATO Nuclear Operations at SHAPE, he was the Nuclear Advisor to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (General Joseph W. Ralston, USAF and General James L. Jones, USMC). He was directly responsible for the execution of all Dual Capable Aircraft nuclear planning, conferences, workshops, exercises, education and training, command and control, force protection, concealment, policies, procedures, concept of operations, targeting, Security, stockpile, weapons movements, Nuclear Surety, inspections, evaluations, and Crisis Action on behalf of NATO’s nuclear members. He co-chaired NATO’s Joint Theater Surety Management Group and was the Air Force’s Senior Rating Officer for 300+ personnel. An award-winning published author, his Modeling and Simulation article was selected “Best Article of the Year” in 2000 for Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association’s SIGNAL Magazine. Awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, the second highest award in the Department of Defense and the Global War on Terrorism Medal, Keith also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics & Education and a Masters Degree in Psychology, specializing in Human Relations and Supervision.
