About the Coaches:
Kimberly Schneiderman is the owner of City Career Services. She provides job search tools including resumes, interview coaching, LinkedIn bios, cover letters, and career strategy coaching to goal-oriented managers and executives in law enforcement and the corporate security industry. Kimberly has authored numerous career-related articles and videos, and presents workshops on search strategies, interviewing skills, resumes, and on-the-job performance tactics.
Jeremy Ornstein is the director of Human Resources for ASIS International, responsible for all human resource functions in support of the organization’s mission including design and administration of benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment policies, HRIS, legal compliance, management reporting, performance management, recruitment and selection, and learning and development. Prior to joining ASIS, he spent twelve years as director of Human Resources for the National Committee for Quality Assurance and eight years in the human resources function at American University. Jeremy received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science, Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University.
