Community Resilience: Guidance on Capacity Building and Public-Private Partnerships (201X)

This guidance standard builds on the ASIS SPC.1-2009, Organizational Resilience Standard. The proposed standard will provide guidance to address the interfaces between individual, organizational and community resilience to enhance public-private partnerships and resilience planning. Using the PDCA model, it will address risk and capacity identification, assessment, control and sharing to better prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptions to help communities and public-private partnering.
