Vision Statement
The ASIS International Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, provides funding and manages endowments. The primary object is to conduct timely, security-related research of contemporary threats, best practices and regulations. The topics researched by the Foundation will produce valuable and actionable knowledge for the security profession. Additionally the Foundation, through the awarding of scholarships, ensures that those pursuing a career in the field of security management are able to realize the highest academic achievements. Foundation programs are supported solely by voluntary contributions from donors who share its vision of advancing both the security profession and the professional.

Mission Statement
The ASIS International Foundation's mission is to provide high-quality and contemporary research and education opportunities that serve to enhance the security profession.
Foundation Guiding Principles
The ASIS Foundation believes real growth is measured by outcomes and not simply activities. Only outcomes reveal the measure of success the Foundation has on the Security Industry.
To ensure that current and future initiatives are as effective as possible, the Foundation operates according to these specific fundamental principles.
Produce work of the highest quality possible.
Conduct activities with greatest impact to the Security Industry.
Allocate limited resources in order to maximize value.
This triumvirate of quality, impact and value will underscore everything the Foundation does.
