All social tours are separate costs and not included in the registration fee.
Payment Options
Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
The event registrations are taken care of by Congrex London. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, a 80 AUD handling fee per registrant for administrative costs will be charged, the remaining amount will be refunded. Written requests must be received by 4 January 2010. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference.
