Fees and Policies

Registration Options

Full Registration: The four-day package (Tuesday-Friday) is your best value and includes:

  • Admission to all Sessions and Keynotes/General Sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibits (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Welcome Reception
  • Opening Ceremony
  • President’s Reception
  • Networking Luncheons
  • Closing Luncheon/Closing Ceremony
  • Daily Refreshment Breaks

Single Day Registration: Includes all sessions and events planned for the day(s) for which you are registering.

Exhibits Only Registration: FREE in advance. Includes admission to the Exhibits all three days (Tuesday-Thursday) and daily refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall. After October 8, there is a $75 fee for nonmembers.

Exhibits Plus Keynote: Includes admission to the Exhibits plus Wednesday's or Thursday's keynote session, and daily refreshment breaks.

Please note: The Exhibit Hall is restricted to persons 16 years of age or older. No cameras or video recording devices, except by ASIS Official Photographers, will be permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

Registration Policies

Cancellation

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing. To receive a full refund, you must notify ASIS Registration in writing on or before September 10, 2010. Address: ASIS 2009 Registration, 10900 Granite St, Charlotte, NC 28273; or via fax at 1.980.233.3800; or via email at asis@epicreg.com.
  • Cancellations received after September 10, 2010 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations received on or after September 22, 2010 or for “no shows”.
  • Exhibits Only registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Government Rate

Government rates apply to any official local, state, federal, or national government employee. To qualify, you must submit proof of your employment on official government letterhead via fax 1.980.233.3800 or email at asis@epicreg.com within three (3) business days. If proof is not received within three (3) business days of registration, regular rates will apply as applicable. Government contractors are not eligible for this rate.
