ASIS International welcomes our international guests! A trip to the United States requires an additional degree of planning. Unless you’re a frequent traveler to the U.S., you’ll want to start early.
Helpful Tips
- For information on required travel documents and additional travel resources, visit the U.S. Department of State website http://www.state.gov/travel/ and apply early for your visa.
- Request a Letter of Invitation from ASIS. Complete the request form.

Please note: When you book your housing through the ASIS Housing Bureau, you also receive a free pass for shuttle bus services between the Seminar hotels and the convention center (a $50 value). Only those booking through the ASIS Housing Bureau will receive complimentary shuttle bus passes.
ASIS offers the following services and resources to help you to have a successful experience at our event.
- Free registration for your Interpreter or Group Leader (of delegations of 10 or more.)
- Access to the International Lounge where you can relax, network with friends and colleagues from around the world, enjoy refreshments, and find information on ASIS. The Lounge will be open during registration hours beginning on Tuesday, October 12.
- Guided tour through the exhibit hall for your delegation, upon advance request.
- Delegation Welcome Reception. Each delegation will receive a special welcome from ASIS International.
- Designated sessions with simultaneous translation from English to Spanish.
