Conference Venue

The venue for all educational sessions, exhibit, lunches, and coffee breaks will be the Hilton London Metropole Hotel (225 Edgware Road, London W21JU, UK, + 44 0 20 7 402 4141)

Registration Desk Opening Hours

On Sunday, 15 April, the registration desk will be open at the West Wing Registration Area on lower ground floor from 10:00 to 18:00

On Monday and Tuesday, the registration desk will be open from 08:00 throughout the normal conference hours.

You are required to pick up your conference materials, as well as your badge at the registration desk before entering the conference or the President's Reception.

Participants will not be allowed to enter the conference or the exhibition areas without badge.

Please do not forget to also pick up your ticket for the House of Lords Reception at the registration desk (these tickets are sold separately by the ASIS UK Chapter – click here for more details)

Please kindly note that Conference delegates will also receive a USB Stick with programme, speakers' information and presentations.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Breakfast for ASIS delegates staying at the Hilton Metropole will be provided on Monday 16 April and Tuesday 17 April in the Palace Suite, located in the East Wing between 7:00 and 9:00.

Welcome, morning and afternoon coffee breaks are served every day in the exhibition area located in the 1st floor in the Sovereign room (Monarch Suite).

Lunch is provided on Monday 16 April and on Tuesday 17 April from 12:15 to 13:30 in the Palace Suite located in the East Wing of Hilton Metropole.

First Time Attendees and New Members Welcome Drink

Sunday, 15 April from 18:15 – 19:30 in the Monarch Foyer on Level 1

ASIS new members and first time attendees are invited for an informal drink.

President's Reception Sponsored by ADT

Monday, 16 April from 19:30 – 22:00 at the Inner Temple

Please see enclosed map for directions to the Inner Temple. Signs will be at the entrance of the venue. (The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, Treasury Office, Inner Temple, London EC4Y 7HL). Transportation is not provided.

Badges are required to enter the venue!

House of Lords Reception (Optional)

Tuesday 7 April from 19:00 – 21:00 on the Terrace of the House of Lords.

This reception is hosted by Baroness Angela Harris of Richmond, Patron of the ASIS UK Chapter 208.

Open to all delegates and UK chapters members, tickets are sold separately and not included in the delegate rate.

Social Tours

All social tours are subject to an additional fee and pre-registration is required. Limited seats may still be available. Please contact europe@asisonline.org to book your tour. Meeting point for all optional tours will be West Wing Registration Area at the Hilton Metropole Hotel.

Registration Fee

We require that registration fee payment is processed in advance to the conference. In case payment is not received by Friday 13 April, we will ask you for onsite payment at the registration desk before allowing you in the conference and exhibition area.

The above rates are inclusive of breakfast and exclusive of VAT, currently 20%.

Upon confirmation of your online conference registration, you will receive a link to the online hotel reservation system where you will be able to reserve your hotel room.
