Conference Registration

Online registration for the event is closed. You can still register onsite at the Registration Desk located at the Pestana Palace Hotel, located at Rua Jau, 54 ? 1300-314 Lisboa - Portugal.

To facilitate your onsite registration, please send an email with all your details and the day(s) you want to register (Full Conference; Single Day Monday or Single Day Tuesday / Wednesday) to asislisbon2010@congrex.com.

Registration Desk Opening Hours

• On Sunday 18 April, the registration desk will be open at the Pestana Palace Hotel (Ajuda Foyer) from 17:00 to 20:00
• On Monday 19 April, Tuesday 20 April and Wednesday 21 April, the registration desk at the Lisbon Congress Centre will be open from 08:00 throughout the normal conference hours.

You are requested to pick-up your conference materials as well as your badge at the registration desk before entering the conference.

Fees

 
Full Conference delegate registration fee (ASIS Member, Non Member) includes:

• All educational sessions
• The SRVP Welcome Reception and the President's Reception
• The Keynote Addresses
• Coffee breaks
• Two lunches
• A conference bag with Onsite materials

Single Day* registration fee includes:

• All educational sessions of the day
• The Keynote Address
• Coffee breaks
• One lunch
• A conference bag with Onsite materials

All social tours are separate costs and not included in the registration fee.

*SRVP Welcome Reception and President's Reception are not included in the Single Day registration fee and are subject to an additional fee.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

The event registrations are taken care of by Congrex London. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).

Cancellation Options

For cancellations, a 80 EUR handling fee per registrant for administrative costs will be charged, the remaining amount will be refunded. Written requests must be received by noon (CET) Friday, 5 March 2010. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference.
