Dear Conference Participant, please find below important practical information for the upcoming the ASIS 3rd Middle East Security Conference & Exhibition.

Conference Venue

The venue for all educational sessions, exhibit, lunches, and coffee breaks will be the InterContinental Dubai Festival City Events Center (Dubai Festival City, Dubai 45777, United Arab Emirates, +971-4-7011111)

To reach the InterContinental Dubai Festival City from the Dubai International Airport, the easiest and quickest way is to take the taxi. The hotel is within short (15-30min) ride from the airport depending on the traffic. For fares please visit the Roads & Transport Authority website.

Registration Desk Opening Hours

On Sunday, 19 February, the registration desk will be open at the Foyer on the Level 3 from 10:00 to 17:30.

On Monday and Tuesday, the registration desk will be open from 08:00 throughout the normal conference hours.

You are required to pick up your conference materials, as well as your badge at the registration desk before entering the conference or the President's Reception.

Participants will not be allowed to enter the conference or the exhibition areas without badge.

Conference delegates will also receive a USB Stick with program, speakers' information and presentations.

Official Opening

His Excellency LT. Gen Dhahi Khalfan Tamim will officially open the exhibition on Monday 20 February at 8:30, followed by the opening plenary session which starts at 9:00. Please come early on Monday to collect your badge and material to avoid standing in the line or alternatively you can do so on Sunday.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Welcome, morning and afternoon coffee breaks are served every day in the exhibition area (Al Ras Foyer). Lunch is provided on Monday 20 February and Tuesday 21 February from 12:15 to 13:30 at the Creekside Promenade located on the -1 level.

Signs and staff will show the way.

Sunday, 19 February from 19:00 – 22:00 at the Al Badia Golf Club.

Meeting Point is the lobby of the Event Center at 18:30.

Transportation is provided.

Badges are required to enter the venue!

Monday, 20 February from 17:35 – 19:00 in the exhibition area of the InterContinental Dubai Festival City. Open to all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.

Pre-Conference Workshop Sunday 19 February

Access to this workshop is limited to conference delegate. Pre-registration for this workshop is required due to limited seating.

Registration Fee

We require that registration fee payment is processed in advance to the conference. In case payment is not received by Friday 17 February, we will ask you for onsite payment at the registration desk before allowing you in the conference & exhibition area.
