The CSO Roundtable is the dedicated forum for CSOs and senior security professionals from the largest and most influential organizations in the world. In today's complex and challenging environment, these executives must master a higher set of skills to become a valued member of the executive team and to validate the security department as a business driver and profit center. These skills go well beyond the expertise typically associated with security.
CSO Roundtable mission:
- To help top security executives perform their jobs better
- To advance the status of security professionals in the C-suite
- To assist members with career advancement
- To prepare deputy CSOs to ascend to the top security position
- To create a peer-to-peer approach for members to network and share information
- To advance the state of security knowledge
- To embrace security in its various forms along the enterprise risk spectrum
Here are just a few ways we accomplish this:
- Dedicated programming at ASIS events as well as standalone CSO programs around the world
- Access to policy makers at the highest levels
- Partnerships with other groups of business professionals (risk, IT security, legal, audit, etc)
- The most comprehensive job board for senior security professionals—averaging one job/day
- Member benchmarking surveys on demand, with high response levels
- Dynamic inventory of hundreds of policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, metrics, presentations, reports, articles, etc
- Unparalleled networking at events around the world
- Free expert-led Webinars and teleconferences on breaking news topics and other issues, such as background checks in developing markets, emergency evacuations, managing protest risk, etc.
