Reduced Budgets, Reduced Staff, Company Layoffs, Reduced Training, Reduced Travel. This full-day workshop provides expert advice on maintaining the protection program under severe conditions. Each session addresses realistic scenarios faced daily by active managers.

  3. Company Layoffs. The protection plan needs strategies for helping the company through crisis periods while not neglecting the well being of departing staff.
  4. Training Alternatives. Don't put training on hold. There are several viable alternatives to maintaining necessary levels of training and education.
  5. Keeping Your Job. The security manager must make senior management aware of how he/she is vital to the protection of the company's assets and worthy of immunity to staff reductions.
  6. Emergency Response. The protection plan needs to include emergency response operations conducted with staff and equipment shortages.

Safely Putting Your Security Systems onto the Corporate Network
Sunday, September 20
8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Workshop sessions provide introductory level education on the subject. Printed and electronic take-home materials provide post-workshop follow up at introductory and intermediate levels. Two take-home guidance documents contain strategies and steps-to-take: one for the IT department and one for your security department, to help them smoothly and rapidly achieve success together. Handouts will be provided both in printed form (binder) and on a USB stick.
