Typical Program Expenses

The following table identifies typical program expenses for a host organization based on a class size of 20-25 students and a class length of three days. Fees are based on programs contracted for facilitation in the U.S. and are subject to change at any time.

A formal proposal containing actual program expenses will be sent upon receipt of your inquiry.

EXPENSE DESCRIPTION AMOUNT/
ASSOCIATED FEES
Program Fee Fees cover existing programs. Additional fees apply for customized programs. $1500 per day
Instructor Fee Instructor fees are assessed per instructor at a rate of $200/lecture-hour domestically and $300/lecture-hour internationally. $2400
Program Advisor Fee Serves as facilitator and subject matter expert. $500 per day + $70 per day per diem for meals
Airfare for ASIS staff ASIS staff require economy fare domestically and business fare internationally. One staff person attends a custom program, generally. To be determined.
Hotel and Travel Expenses for ASIS Staff Travel expenses include, but are not limited to: hotel (3-star or higher), meals, and ground transportation. $1400 per staff person
Course Materials All programs require a workbook per student ($50). Certain programs require additional materials. See Host Responsibilities for a breakdown. Range from $50-$100/per student
Venue/Facility The host organization is required to contract for appropriate training facilities. In most cases, the training is held within the host's facility at no cost.  
Food & Beverage The host organization is required to coordinate food and beverages for breaks throughout the training. Local rates apply.
