The ASIS Utilities Security Council promotes standards, guidelines, and certification through education, training, best practices, benchmarking, and leadership globally in the 5 sectors it represents (electric, water and wastewater, gas, dams, and nuclear power). This is accomplished through the establishment of sector best practices, educational opportunities, and information sharing in security assessments, critical infrastructure protection, and other related security matters for utilities security managers.
