Fees for the PCI® Exam
Refunds
If you are found to be ineligible for the examination because of length of
experience, you may request that your application be held until the minimum
experience requirement is met (if two years or less).
Application fees are non-refundable. If your application is rejected for any
other reason, only the testing fee ($200 for members, $250 for non-members)
will be refunded.

- VA Assistance: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has approved the
PCI® exam for reimbursement through the G.I. Bill education benefits.
Up to a maximum of $2,000 per test can be recompensed in exam costs, but not
to exceed the actual cost of the test. Benefits can still be received to retake
a test that was previously failed. Electronic applications available online
at www.gibill.va.gov (click on Electronic Application) OR call 1-888-442-4551
to request VA Form 22-1990.
- You may receive this benefit if you are eligible for:
- The Montgomery G.I. Bill (also called the MGIB or Chapter 30)
- VEAP (also called Chapter 32), or
- Dependents Educational Assistance (also called DEA or Chapter 35)
