PowerPoint Presentation

This PowerPoint presentation is designed for use by volunteer leaders at the chapter, regional, and international levels to provide an outline of the purpose, benefits, and characteristics of the ASIS certifications.

It allows for customization to fit time and audience needs; you may delete or add whatever slides seem appropriate. CPP™ Statistics for all regions, and chapters within a region, and statistical slides may be obtained by emailing the certification department at certification@asisonline.org.

This PowerPoint show uses transitions both within and between slides. If you are not familiar with PowerPoint, this is the way to make them appear:

  1. look at the bottom of the screen of the first slide for some icons;
  2. move your cursor until you find "slide show" at the end of the row;
  3. click on that and the image will fill the screen;
  4. then continue clicking anywhere on the screen to move the show along;
  5. to close, right-click and click on "end show."

Additional wording - dealing with the background and purpose of certification in general and the CPP™ program in particular - is available to accompany the first few slides.

Another brief PowerPoint presentation explaining the development process of the CPP™, PCI™, and PSP™ exams is available to supplement the main Certification show. This presentation should be used in conjunction with this document, a detailed explanation of the process.
